Our Head of Customer Happiness Anne is our official office octopus, turning her hand to any task to help our lovely customers! A baking enthusiast, she often spoils our lucky team with delicious cakes.

Fiona is our figures wizard, overseeing our bookkeeping and accounts, as well as looking after our trade customers. Her impressive collection of scarves and pashminas always bring a bright splash of colour to the office.

Becky has a dual role and frequently helps with dispatching consumer orders. However, she is still our expert at making up the KYO Teddies Kit, hardly surprising as she is a wonderfully talented knitter who enjoys making beautiful gifts for her family and friends.

Jo Lochhead is the founder of The Crafty Kit Company and a long-time craft fanatic. When not designing our kits, overseeing the running of the company, and looking after her family, you’ll find her enjoying her favourite Hitchcock films - probably with a cross stitch on the go!

Mandy is our expert packer, sending out all of our customer orders and subscription boxes. When not wielding a roll of packing tape, she enjoys walking her dog, Dougie, in the countryside around East Linton, and spotting birds along the way!

Andy is our graphic designer, creating all of our beautiful packaging, labels, and trade catalogues. He’s also an artist, and when not working on our designs he’s at his happiest when creating his next artwork!

Willow is the youngest member of our team and proving to be quite tenacious in her new role, checking that the dispatch team have fulfilled the orders correctly! After a thorough box inspection, she likes to watch a spot of tennis on tv or just relax and have a cat- nap!

Morris takes his duties as Chief Relaxation Officer very seriously. He is particularly good at reminding the team when it’s time for lunch!

Twiggy takes particular interest in any new kits that Jo is designing, and is often on hand to share his ideas on Research & Development!
